MET Members
Members hold the Board of Trustees to account for effective governance, ensuring that the board fulfil the three core governance functions - monitoring the strategic direction of the trust; holding leaders to account for academic performance across the trust and that the finances are properly scrutinised. Members are signatories of the Articles of Association and can both appoint and remove trustees.

Gené Willis – Member
Gené is a highly experienced international risk manager, ensuring high levels of safety and health. She is currently Head of Stadium Operations at Worcester Warriors Sixways Stadium. Gené manages all aspects of safety compliance for the club and Stadium as well as complete control as Safety Officer on match days with overall responsibility of 12 000 spectators. Her role also involves management of all aspects of the facilities of the stadium, including safety, security, utilities, grounds, maintenance, cleaning and IT. Gené liaises with external service suppliers including alarms; fire alarms and security. Gené is a Chartered Member of IOSH and Specialist Member of IIRSM. Gené has transferred skills to assist MET schools. For example assisting with building projects and risk assessments. Sharon Tilki – Member
Sharon is a dynamic entrepreneur with over 30 years diverse business experience. Her business interests include an established rental portfolio in the UK and abroad, a retail dance outlet, principal of a professional dance school, and coordinating dance holidays in the UK and abroad. Sharon was the winner of the ‘One Woman Business’ category at Wonderful Worcestershire Woman Awards. She is a member of Worcestershire Ambassadors and the principal choreographer/teacher for Strictly Worcestershire which has raised over £100,000 for many local charities. Sharon qualified with United Kingdom Alliance of Professional Dance Teachers and has run a very successful dance school for 30 years. Previous roles Chair of Governors - Dines Green Primary School and Nursery Gené Willis Gené is a highly experienced international risk manager, ensuring high levels of safety.
WDAT - Corporate Member
MET has a corporate member appointed by WDAT as the trust adopted minority articles when Northleigh CE Primary School joined. In practice, this means that the diocese sends an attendee to Members meetings, this is usually Derek Valentine who is an experienced Member.

MET Trustees
The Trustee Board provide strategic direction and challenge, hold leaders to account for the academic performance of each of the trust schools and ensure robust scrutiny of the trust finances. The Trustees delegate aspects of their duties to Local Governing Board (LGB) at each individual school. The Trustees Board are accountable to the Members.
